The cost of the delivery is paid by the customer within the city of Sofia.

Orders made during the current day are executed on the day or the next business day. By consensus between both parties - the customer and the seller, the delivery can also be made on Saturday. Orders made on Sundays are processed on Monday.

Orders made on a public holiday day are processed on the next business day.

Receiving delivery from an office of the courier company:

When ordered by a customer, the goods will be delivered to an office of Econt, the price for the delivery will be the lowest value.

Delivery to the country.

The delivery is made by a courier company within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the settlement, after acceptance and confirmation of the order, and the customer assumes the delivery price from the courier.

Delivery cost:

The cost of delivery will be communicated to you by our employee on a subsequent call to confirm the order and to specify the delivery address.

Refusal of order after delivery:

The customer is obliged to pay all shipping costs of the courier company when canceling an order!

Time periods:

The courier company delivers the shipment every weekday (Monday-Friday) from 10:30 to 13:00. If a customer desires to deliver on a Saturday (from 10:30 to 13:00), an additional service is added - Priority, which will be communicated by our employee to a subsequent call for confirmation of the order and specification of the delivery address.

Orders placed after 16:30 on a weekday (Monday-Friday) are processed the next day.

Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Monday.

Fixed delivery time:

The customer has the right to give a fixed receipt time, but in that case the delivery is further increased.
